The airbag vest offers a big protection volume and is equipped with a mechanical system ready to use and easy to reuse. Thanks to its ultra-fast inflation (100 ms), it ensures an optimal protection of the vital zones: cervical, back, pelvis, sacrum and thorax, before ground impact.
Designed for the road, the airbag vest is provided with retro-reflective strips offering high visibility day and night and also in bad weather.Even with gloves, the vest is easy to open and close thanks to its resistant clips. Happy with vest
The vest is well made and the instructions are clear. Fit is good. No opportunity yet to comment on how well it protects in a crash, and I hope never to find that out. I like that the instructions explain how the owner of the vest can test the cartridges and replace them. The vest seems to be very good value for money spent on a safety accessory.

fitment, safety
Can you put a price on safety? I love this airbag vest. It is little heavy (3.5 lbs) but comfortable to wear. Beats wearing a neck brace. I wore it 85 degree heat and didn't feel like it made me hot. I am a female 5' 7" 155 lbs and the medium fits just right.

The vest is great! Its very simple to use, easy on and off, and it is not hot which I can really appreciate. I like that its a great peace of mind and I always keep a spare cartridge on every bike along with a lanyard installed on each bike.

Review of the Helite Vest
Used this vest on a cross country from Seattle to Virginia. Absolutely fantastic product. You hardly notice you’re wearing it. I used it above my Rukka summer jacket as well as my Klim winter jacket and it fit perfectly. An absolute must for anyone valuing safety.

Helite Turtle 2 in Hi-Vis
Well made, seems to be a quality product, The tether doesn't interfere with the riding position on my Harley or S1000RR, and the vest itself is lightweight and no more intrusive than a simple visibility vest. I just hope I never have to test it in a crash! i won't leave home without it. It may seem pricey, but not as pricey as a hospital stay.
